1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and package dimensions.
• Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

• Shipping confirmation via Email or WhatsApp
• Tracking ID
• Courier Partner Details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that:

• Your shipping address is complete and accurate.
• A valid mobile number is provided.
• Someone is available to receive the parcel during delivery hours.

Legacy Resin & Molds is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

• Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged.
• If accepted, please record an unboxing video.
• Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your Order ID.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Transportation disruptions
• Courier service issues

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Legacy Resin & Molds ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

11. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect delivery address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the address.

Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect address details will be the responsibility of the customer.
