Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Legacy Resin & Molds. We are committed to providing premium-quality silicone molds, epoxy resin, pigments, and resin art supplies. Please read our Replacement & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

All products sold by Legacy Resin & Molds are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Any other reason not covered under our Replacement Policy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Epoxy resin
  • Hardener bottles
  • Silicone molds
  • Customized silicone molds
  • Pigments and resin accessories
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for claim verification)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement if the claim is found to be valid.

4. Replacement Policy

We provide replacements only in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with the required proof.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Shipping for Replacement

If a replacement is approved due to:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged item
  • Manufacturing defect

Legacy Resin & Molds will bear the shipping charges for the replacement process.

7. Exchange Policy

We replace products only if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly delivered

We do not offer exchanges for products ordered by mistake, due to a change of mind, or for personal preference.
